Position Summary: This position is responsible for CKJ integrated planning, including merchandising Planning, OTB & inventory planning, business planning and analysis. The role will work closely with merchant, commercial and finance team to plan merchandising sales, gross margin, inventory rolling and promotions to ensure all business targets achieved.
Primary Responsibilities: 61 OTB Process Propose and review targets for merchandising KPIs such as ST%, Mark Down/Up, AUR/AUC, category trends and sales performance. Prepare OTB with analysis of historical sales trends, future sales target and inventory target; 61 Monthly rolling forecasting Dynamically plan and forecast Sales/Purchase/Inventory/Gross Margin/Season penetrations on monthly basis with rolling forecast in multiple dimensions, including retail amount/units/cost and down to season/channel/month, integrating the outputs into OTB/EST/MFP/SOP Process. 61 Merchandising financial plan Merchandising financial plan (future 3 years) in category level, by Channel & Brand, including Sales, GM, AUR, AUC & Qty, with future sales/GM growth product strategies for assortment plan, merchandise developing plan and budget. 61 Analyze business on regular basis (weekly/monthly), comprehensive insights on brand performance exceed or below the target, and coming up with action plans to minimize the potential risks or gaps. 61 Commercial plan Collaborate with cross functions to develop Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly commercial plan, including Promotion / retail sales KPI/ Gross margin / inventory movement. 61 Inventory liquidation Take ownership of yearly liquidation projection. Collaborate with cross functions to accelerate aged inventory liquidations, tracking progress and ensure write off amount on target. 61 Provide intelligence reports for cross-functions and management for decision making.
Qualifications & Experience Experience : Broad knowledge & skills - typically 5-8 Years of related experience
Education: Bachelor Degree Required
Knowledge/Skills Required: 61 At least 5 years planning experience, prefer from retail garment industry; 61 With planning experience in all measurements (amount/cost/units); 61 Logical thinking, very sensitive toward statistics; 61 Business-minded; 61 Keen to find out answers and solutions; 61 Independent and deliverable; 61 Good communication and analysis skills; 61 Fluent in oral and written English; 61 Willing to work under pressure, with initiatives; 61 Understanding basic financial knowledge (e.g. provision / accruement) is a plus; 61 With experience of Power BI / JDA (blue yonder) is a plus.
This role need to cover multiple functions of planning including merchandising planning / OTB / inventory planning / business planning & analysis, while most of companies in the market are only cover part of them. ________________________________________________________
