I.Job Responsibilities:

61 Responsible for the management of overseas production platforms,including:

61 Organizing and assessing the daily work of local QA/QC and production.

61 Assisting with pre-production sample development and factory quotations for overseas production.

61 Managing the production process,progress,and quality control of ongoing orders.

61 Assisting in communication between Shanghai company and clients,as well as coordinating with overseas factories to handle urgent matters in mass production.

61 Developing new overseas factories(such as in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries)and providing new factory assessment reports.

61 Responsible for assisting the Shanghai company in coordinating communication between the client's local offices and factories.

II.Qualifications:

61 Relevant work experience in the garment(knit+woven)field,proficient in the management system of garment production,and familiar with the operational standards of various processes for large clients,including factory certification,pre-production preparation,sample submission,acceptance of face and lining materials,cutting,sewing,post-packaging,and third-party inspection.Experience in large factories is preferred.

61 Good written and oral English skills,with Vietnamese language skills being a plus.

61 Willingness to travel domestically and internationally(internationally to Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries),with experience in overseas garment production preferred.

61 Honest and stable character,good at communication and coordination,meticulous and dedicated in work.

61 Understanding of the international trade system for garments,with experience in trade procurement preferred.
