You will be joining our Operational Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational + customer excellence.
Your Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that our finance accounting policies are followed at all times, driving profitability, cost awareness + efficiency across the Sea Logistics organization. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
Your Responsibilities
61 To identify + structurally resolve performance gaps in collaboration with stakeholders across our CCL, OCC + finance departments. 61 To proactively ensure the timely closure of files, early GP recognition + improve auto closing rates. 61 To routinely perform audits on closed files, documenting + escalating any issues as required. 61 To ensure all intercompany billing is performed timely, completely + correctly + that disputes/redebits are adequately resolved. 61 To analyze country profit + loss sheets, customer profitability, identifying gaps vs. financial targets, focusing on the bottom 10 accounts (basis accumulative GP) in collaboration with relevant financial controllers. 61 To identify root causes of issues + propose corrective actions establishing + driving GP improvement plans. 61 To ensure the accuracy + consistency of all operational finance data over its life cycle.
