Job Responsibility: - Quick response to customers enquires, orders follow-up, especially spare parts. - Responsible for sales quotation and orders in ERP (domestic and export). - Communicate with Sales/Service/logistics/Financial to ensure sales machine order implementation. - OC confirmation and implementation (domestic and export). - Handle and follow up temp-out case and monthly report to Sales/Service/logistic/Financial department to ensure write off every cases. - Timely submit sales posted shipment documents with sales orders and has orders invoiced. - Complete the other issues released from the supervisor.
Requirements: - College degree in Admin, or in Sales or an equivalent combination of education. - Minimum 2 years of work experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination in an international company. - Basic knowledge of the English language - Self-motivated and well communication skills - Good technical skills and understanding - Good service consciousness - Capability for ERP system - Microsoft Office - Willing to work hard, detailed oriented and teamwork.
