RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing separator coating experiment using alumina nanoparticles with SOPs, be able to control testing methods
- Knowing and comparing the differentiation of Flexibility Testing methods and control know-how and SOPs
- Performing the whole coin cell manufacturing process in accordance with standard operating instructions (SOPs)
- Testing the (electro)chemical and mechanical properties of materials, electrolytes and finished lithium-ion batteries
- Prepare drafts of SOPs for new devices and regularly revise existing SOPs
- Performing analytical measurements under guidance
- Accurate documentation of work carried out and analysis results.
- Inspection, care and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments
- Identification, elimination and reporting of sources of danger
- Safe handling of hazardous substances and general work in the lab
- Always abide by the EHSQ policies and IP protection regulations

REQUIREMENTS
- Should have Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry or Material Chemistry
- Previous work experience in lithium-ion battery is a plus
- Good oral and written English and Chinese language skills
- Practical experience in the field of battery research and manufacturing is desirable
- Able to work independently, highly motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
