岗位职责：
1、依据工程定位，与客户沟通，进行前期方案设计：包括设备清单、系统图、设计说明或方案建议书、ppt等；
2、编制工程投标方案，参与投标和竞标，并进行述标；
3、项目深化设计方案的编制和沟通；
4、与项目部进行技术交底，并协助工程部进行施工，协助采购部门进行采购；
5、在调试与测试阶段，配合工程人员完成系统调试和检测，并出具检测报告；
6、编制竣工后的技术文档；
7、积极了解和学习专业知识，市场动态，包括新产品和技术，不断提升自身能力，完善方案，提高竞争力。
8、编制项目深化设计清单及深化设计概算，及时向业主等单位提供项目建设合理化建议；
9、负责项目全过程管理，编制工程相关经济技术单据、制作竣工资料、绘制竣工图；且领导项目团队有计划有质量地完成工作，确保项目顺利移交；
10、与客户沟通，了解项目的特殊需求，并与客户保持紧密的联系，及时反馈阶段性的成果，及时响应客户提出的合理需求，针对客户性质提出各种专业建议；
11、文件管理：施工现场设备的管控、文件材料完整性；施工过程的报验、报检、评审资料、备案资料等。
任职要求：
1、学历、专业知识：工程技术相关专业，大专及以上；
2、工作经验: 3年及以上***技术工程设计经验；具有3--5年以上音视频系统集成工程设计，自动化控制、通信工程、音响工程、或音视频等相关专业；
3、基本素质：有较强的应变能力，有责任心、团队合作精神；
4、具有丰富的声光视讯相关知识及集成方案设计能力；
5、组织、表达、沟通、洽商与协调能力；
6、熟练的CAD及办公软件操作能力。
7、 熟悉灯光、无纸化会议、音响、视频系统构成；熟悉音响、监控、远程会议、投影系统、中央控制系统、数字会议系统等智能电教室、会议室、指挥中心的音视频弱电设计；
Job Responsibilities:

9. Responsible for the whole process management of the project, compile the relevant economic and technical documents of the project, make the completion documents, and draw the completion drawings; and lead the project team to complete the work in a planned and quality manner to ensure the smooth transfer of the project;
10. Communicate with customers, understand the special needs of the project, and maintain close contact with customers, timely feedback phased results, timely respond to the reasonable needs of customers, and put forward various professional suggestions based on the nature of customers;
11. Document management: management and control of construction site equipment, completeness of documents and materials; application for inspection, inspection, review, and filing of the construction process.
job requirements:
1. Educational background and professional knowledge: major in engineering technology, college degree or above;
2. Work experience: 3 years or more of *** technology engineering design experience; 3-5 years of audio and video system integration engineering design, automation control, communication engineering, sound engineering, or audio and video related majors;
3. Familiar with lighting, paperless meeting, audio, and video system composition; familiar with audio, monitoring, remote conference, projection system, central control system, digital conference system and other smart audio-visual classrooms, conference rooms, command centers and other audio and video weak current designs;
4. Basic qualities: have a strong ability to respond, have a sense of responsibility, and a team spirit;
5. Possess rich acousto-optic video related knowledge and integrated solution design capabilities;
6. Ability to organize, express, communicate, negotiate and coordinate;
7. Skilled CAD and office software operation ability.
