职位描述
As the Marketing Specialist for China at Stolt-Nielsen, you will support the implementation of localized marketing strategies and activities to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and drive engagement within the Chinese market. Working closely with the global marketing team, various business divisions, and third-party vendors, you will help to adapt Stolt-Nielsen’s value proposition for local audiences through targeted content, promotional materials, and data-driven market analysis. This role requires expertise in content management, local social media, lead generation, and market analysis to support informed decision-making and customer acquisition efforts.

Market Research and Analysis
1. Conduct industrial market research to provide insights on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts within China.
2. Prepare reports on local competition, new market entries, and relevant industry updates for the sales and marketing teams.
3. Analyze industry data to help identify opportunities for market growth

Local Marketing Support & Collaboration
1. Assist in coordinating with the Global Marketing Department in Rotterdam to align China’s marketing activities with global objectives.
2. Support cross-departmental communication efforts to ensure marketing activities are effectively coordinated across all relevant teams.
3. Collaborate with local teams and third-party agents to ensure successful rollout of campaigns and content tailored to the Chinese market.
4. Act as a liaison with third-party agents to support the creation of marketing materials and collateral suited to local preferences.

Content Management and Social Media Maintenance
1. Support the regular update and maintenance of content across official social media platforms, particularly those popular in China.
2. Source and review locally relevant content, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand standards.
3. Manage the Chinese-language website content, including Baidu SEO/SEM, to improve visibility and engagement.

Production of Marketing Collateral and Promotional Materials
1. Coordinate the production of localized promotional items, including brochures, leaflets, branded gifts, and miniatures.
2. Assist with arranging video and photo shoots for advertisements and promotions.
3. Help organize and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and forums in China to expand Stolt-Nielsen’s network and visibility.
