- 1. To coordinate between customer, vendor and WHs to smooth the operations - A. Finish daily SO/DN/PO/MRP in time. - B. Keep PO AB/LA updated. - C. Review PO backlog every week to ensure each order line are well processed. - D. Ensure no damage goods are blocked under SO, apply for replacement or credit note from venders. - E. Properly handle the request from customer. Work with planning team and order handing team forecast from key customer to reduce the supply risk. - 2. To work with Customs support team and warehouse ensure ROTD rate>=85% - 3. Cost sensitive-Review the monthly billing sheet of logistics service provider, ensure the payment with quotation or required supporting. - 4. Report analysis (ROTD, TCT, GR/IR, KPI, etc.) and trouble shooting. - 5. Back up for other team members. - 6. Strictly follow up company rules and Customs regulations. Ensure each process of SO/PO handling/ Customs clearance are consistent with government & company rules.
- 1. Diploma or above with 5 years relevant experience (better in international trading or import &. export field) - 2. Good English ability in both oral and written is a must. (CET-6 or above) - 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, good at data analysis, SAP and power BI experience is preferred. - 4. Excellent interpersonal skill, strong analytical mind, meticulous - 5. Able to work independently and be a good team player with energetic, hardworking, high level of initiative and strong sense of responsibility
