Responsibilities:
1. 组织供应商MQR，负责供应商质量问题的解决和质量改进。
Organize the Supplier MQR and be responsible for the resolution of supplier quality issues and quality improvement.
2. 根据采购部门申请，组织对新供应商实施质量评审，制定供应商年度审核计划，按照计划进行年度审核；
Organize and perform the quality audit to suppliers upon the application from purchase department.
3. 组织策划并实施供应商能力提升工作，促进供应商持续改进。
Organize plan and implement the ability promotion, to keep continually improvement of our suppliers.
4. 组织实施常规的供应商能力评审和考评，并推动供应商的自主开发计划（SIDP）。
Organize and implement the normal capability auditing of suppliers, and push suppliers to perform the self improving development plan. (SIDP)
5. 组织实施对供应商的培训。
Organize and implement the training of suppliers.
6. 根据所负责项目的具体开发要求，为各供应商建立部品的时间进度表，并进行跟踪和协调，确保项目的按时按质完成。
According to detailed development requirement of owning project, to set up APQP progress schedule, and follow up/coordinate it to ensure the project finished on time with advanced quality team if needing.
7. 保证新项目各阶段所负责的供应商按要求提交(OTS、PPAP)文件资料和样件。
To ensure supplier submits documents (OTS, PPAP) and samples according to the requirement during NPI.
8. 与SQE团队一起，主导供应商质量挑战性问题解决。
Work together with the SQE team to take the lead in resolving the challenging quality problems of suppliers.
9. 确认审核供应商制程变更、材质变更、场地变更。
Audit to supplier on the 4M changes.
10. 工作持续优化并及时更新对应的程序文件
Optimization of SQE jobs with consideration of procedure updates.
11. 上司交代的其余事项；
Other things assigned by manager
12. 工作能力:掌握质量五大工具(APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)；熟悉IATF16949 质量体系标准；
熟悉电动工具相关产品和零部件及其工艺的知识；了解过程方法与具备基于风险的思维。会使用谢宁Red-X问题解决方法及QC7大手法。
The working ability shall meet the specific requirements of the client, such as: master the five quality
tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA); be familiar with iatf16949 quality system standard; be
familiar with relevant products and processes; understand process methods and have risk-based thinking. Familiar with Red-X and QC 7 tools.

Requirements:
教育：本科及以上学历，理工科专业
Education: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and technology
经历：五年以上汽车行业或电动工具行业相关工作经验
Experience ：Five years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry or power tools industry
其他：掌握汽车行业VDA6.3或IATF 16949等质量方面的知识；具有协调和实施质量体系审核能力；优秀的质量问题解决能力，优秀的沟通协调能力；良好的英语读写能力。
Others: Knowledge of quality aspects such as VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 in the automotive industry; ability to co-ordinate and implement quality system audits; excellent communication and co-ordination skills; good English reading and writing skills.
