61 Coordinating & planning the longer-term China product concept Roadmap according to region’s needs & priorities o Tertial review of China product offering development including ramp-up & rundown planning, benchmarking the competitors etc. 61 Accountable for creating the content needed for workwear product offering marketing & sales support materials 61 Supporting the sales and customer interface competence development by providing the training content on workwear product strategy, products and product offering. 61 Budgeting the China product development, considering the needed test schemes, validations, quality tests etc.

University degree or above, preferred on garment construction /development /manufacturing /applied sciences 2. strong experience in textile industry, textile product and material development, product offering management and cocreation with customers 3. Excellent communication and co-operation skills 4. Good project management skills 5. The ability to help others succeed 6. Ability to involve and create commitment and enthusiasm in the team 7. Experience of product management and product development on global level, ability to share the experience with the whole team 8. Deep understanding of the Lindstr02m business – ability to strengthen the business understanding in the team. 9. Ability to understand the market drivers in fast changing business environment 10. Ability to work independently, consistently and analytically in matrix organization 11. Fluent English
