Responsible for the development of market/product line business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments, identify volume and strategic customers, and develop partnerships. Requires the ability to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentation. Enables sales by identifying and developing business opportunities and providing information and support for the sales force. May be responsible for interfacing with customers through company channels marketing program. Pre-sales duties include providing pricing information and communicating schedule changes and product enhancements to distributors, OEMs and resellers. Post-sales duties include resolving issues such as researching status of customers’ orders, providing information on possible product problems and resolving shipping, scheduling and prioritization problems. May perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines. - Reduces broad concepts, business strategies into structured projects - Is responsible for business development of Keysight service related business for East China region, including Remarketing Service,62solution services, Financial service, KeysightCare etc. - Leads the development of new services and new business models to grow Keysight service business. - Leads the design/delivery of new programs/ processes/ services and package Complex/broad service needs into customized/structured service solution and project. - Presents to high level managers of customer on Keysight new service business model with one stop packaged service solution to improve customer KPI/result. - Solves complex, high impact program/ process/ project design/ development problems.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent. Typically 5+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. - Strong communication skills - Good presentation skills - Sales/Marketing backgrounds/experiences are wanted - Experience in influencing (drive) customers, divisions and Field/Resource priorities
