Here is my comments for Grace,
Strength:
1. Grace has good experience on EMC test, setup and chamber build.
2. She is good at Project management based on her daily work
3. Her communication skill is good.

Weakness:
1. Her daily work is not much related with EMC now in Harman, looks like she is technical PM who are working on reliability, FW, function test, all stuff.
2. She didn’t show her strong technical background when I asked how she resolve projects issue(her example is bluetooth device enabled maximum volume when connecting to phone), she can’t explain root cause and solution clearly.
3. She has no EMC design experience, a little debug experience on TCL, majorly focus on EMC testing/setup and chamber side.
