Job Responsibilities:
85 Provide technical support to polyester plants for problem solving.
85 Manage product specifications to ensure the quality consistency and meet expectation.
85 Leading the quality review section regularly with China suppliers.
85 Co-works with R&D and TM&D about trouble shooting in downstream process to improve the product quality.
85 Support to Supply Chain in monthly production plan to ensure goods can be delivered with minimized impact from product quality or process issue.
85 Support to Procurement team in process spread discussion to provide possible price improvement opportunity.
85 Able to voice out the red flag and risk in day-to-day base to ensure product operation is complying in compliance.
85 Responsible for managing quality issue and can be resolved in time by providing technical supports, and appropriated root cause analysis/solution.

Experience & Skills Required:
85 Good understanding of polyester manufacturing process and working experiences with solid knowledge experience in product operation and quality management at least 7yrs or more.
85 Positive working attitude and the sense with integrity.
85 Has been deeply involved in product development or manufacturing support works.
85 Experience on quality systems development in a high-quality polyester manufacturing facility (ex, Staple, Filament and Bi-components yarn).
85 Good presentation and communication skill, and English capability in both writing and speaking.
85 Good understanding in downstream applications -texturing process etc.

Education Required:
85 College degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Textile Engineering, Textile Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.
