Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning, construction and maintenance of the company's internal information network, and Server.
2. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance, upkeep and updating of the company's computers, networks and accessories, and communication systems&Server.
3. Be responsible for the timely update and maintenance of all application software systems of the company.
4. Responsible for the procurement, archiving and storage of the hardware required for the company's office computers and networks.
5. Responsible for the introduction, promotion and personnel training of the company's required application management system.
6. The construction and maintenance of the company's website platform; responsible for the construction, updating and maintenance of the company's website, microblogging and the background of the control system.
7. The establishment and maintenance of the company's mail system and OA;the allocation of OA accounts.
8. Responsible for the office equipment assets under the jurisdiction.
9. Undertake the copyright and intellectual property management of the company's various software systems.
10. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ERP system and the implementation of new ERP projects, to solve day-to-day problems, troubleshooting system applications, and make a good record of the problem.
11. Other work assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
1. Specialist degree or above, majoring in computer, software engineering, network engineering, communication, electronics and other related majors.
2. Familiar with and master windows server desktop level operating system knowledge and network security knowledge, such as windows system security situation, including firewall, anti-virus, anti-spam, ids, etc. (with a certain degree of familiarity with Linux, ROS soft routing gateway is preferred).
3. Familiarity with WEB related technologies and ability to publish web applications on iis.
4. Proficient/familiar with MSSQL database installation, backup and recovery.
5. Experience in OA application maintenance and management is preferred, responsible for application maintenance, management, data backup, etc., and can enthusiastically assist colleagues to use the application to complete daily work.
6. Familiar with LAN related knowledge, can help colleagues to solve office network access problems.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong hands-on ability.
8. Language skills: English and Spanish communication skills.
9. Proficiency in oral English or Spanish
