ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.Training system 85Help the execution of training system 85Make progressive plan, roll out training modules 85Provide help on E-learning system together with HQ 85Follow up the implementation of training modules in selective POS,collect and analysis feedback from shops, get best solution for the whole program rolling out in all stores 2.Basic training 85Work out training plan together with wholesale and retail team 85Audit and execute the plan and basic trainings in each area, provide support for key trainings 85Conduct Orientation training for new FS 85Conduct TTT for basic trainings 85Collect feedback of basic trainings and deliver the result 3.Training support 85Organize and coordinate for regional/national wide training of brand 85Translate and provide standard training material and training book 85Maintain and provide training database as well as staff registrations 85Guide and conduct special training when necessary 4.Communication 85Communicate with sales team for the training plan and its execution 85Communicate with staffs and retailers for the training arrangement and feedback collecting 85Communicate with other departments for the future improvements 85Communicate with HQ/Vendors for training preparation/material translation and production 5.Reporting 85Training program plan and summary report 85Monthly Newsletter 85Training report 85Training record and staff registration report
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: 855 Year experience in related field or in Luxury industry will be a plus 85Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin both in Oral and Written 85Rich computer skills in Typing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 85Strong presentation skill and experience of organizing trainings 85Easygoing personality and strong communication skill 85College Degree 85Experience in training and shop operation 85Independent and outgoing personality 85Honest with a history of steady and consistent employment 85Strong analytical skill and mature personality
