- Identify market/consumer/competitor trends to initiate NPD request. Engage directly and regularly with customers/consumers to develop solid understanding of their needs, validate requirements accordingly
- Actively work with corporate product management to understand specific product features/benefits being developed and lead the successful launches of new products/solutions and new features in local & APAC market.
- Drive and influence Go-to-Market approach across product, technology and marketing via understanding and communicating well-researched market requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams with respect to requirements interpretation, product decisions, specification reviews, customer satisfaction issues.
- Portfolio Management including product phase in/phase out, SKU rationalization, etc. Overdrive category productivity and profitability.
- Own and drive category strategy and performance to ensure continues market share gain and profitable growth.
- Responsible for Local-for-local initiatives of APAC regions, and manage NPDs under budget/timing/resource allowance.
