Position Summary Tasks 61 Negotiates supplier objectives,basic terms & conditions / prices 61 Drives global MGM ratio projects in region and initiates / implements regional ratio projects 61 Conducts market screenings, market tests and global RFQs 61 Regional support of global planning and reporting of material group (KPI11) 61 Supports IPO project managers and regional IPO Strategy 61 Market Screenings, Scouting of new suppliers, initiate / manage supplier relation 61 Initiates, supports and monitors IPO sourcing projects in the respective LCC 61 Supports supplier development 61 Supports achievement of planned / targeted price development and quality levels for suppliers within material group Supports “fire fighting” activities of SQD and ASQ at LCC-suppliers (after SOP) Main Accountabilities 61 Regional contact for material group within M+H and for suppliers 61 Regional support of development, implementation and execution of material group strategy (lead by global MGM) 61 Regional price and contractual agreements with suppliers in material group (local and IPO) 61 Regional Material Purchasing; including price agreements and contracts 61 Responsible for regional material price targets / budgets 61 Material Standardization in accordance to global MGM 61 Active participation in global MGM-Team and IPO Council 61 Support of global ratio- and LCC projects 61 Close cooperation with IPO- SQD in the respective LCC projects 61 Achievement of defined commercial targets for sourced value and savings (incl. reporting) 61 Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site’s safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy.
