任职要求(Job Requirements): 1、本科及以上学历,有母语为英语国家背景者优先; - Bachelor's degree or above, with a background from an English-speaking country preferred. 2、积极的销售心态,3年以上BD销售经验,有海外HRIS系统相关经验,主流系统如Workday、Successfactor等的销售经验,擅于持续开发陌生客户,过往销售成绩优秀; - A proactive sales mentality, with over 3 years of BD sales experience, experience with overseas HRIS systems, sales experience with mainstream systems such as Workday, Successfactors, adept at continuously developing new clients, with an excellent track record in sales. 3、对国际市场有深入了解,能够把握市场动态和客户需求; - A deep understanding of international markets, capable of grasping market dynamics and customer needs. 4、具备较强的演讲能力和沟通能力,能独立自信的面对HRD或以上级别的企业客户; - Strong presentation and communication skills, able to confidently face corporate clients at the level of HRD or above. 5、有B端销售经验者优先;有Saas销售经验者优先;有各大企业HR人脉、高管人脉资源的优先;有猎头工作经验者优先;各行各业优秀销售业绩者优先;有国际项目经验者优先; - Preference for those with B2B sales experience; SaaS sales experience; connections in HR and executive networks across various companies; headhunting experience; top sales performers in various industries; international project experience. 6、具有良好的职业操守和综合素养; - Good professional ethics and comprehensive qualities. 7、具有积极主动、合作共赢的团队精神; - Proactive, cooperative, and win-win team spirit. 8、具有流利的英语沟通能力(英语可作为工作语言),其他语言能力为加分项。 - Fluent in English communication (English can be used as a working language), with additional language skills being a plus.
