岗位职责: The position will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the company's marketing and business strategy development and execution, expanding our market presence across Agrifood, animal nutrition, the human nutrition, aquaculture, food technology, and crop science sectors. As a member of the executive team, the position is responsible for shaping our brand and ensuring our products and services continue to improve the quality of life in China and globally. The position also has the responsibility to hire and develop the staff for the BD & Marketing Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Strategic Planning & Execution - Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's long-term goals and industry trends. - Generate market, customer and competitor insights, identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic business moves. 2.Marketing Initiatives - Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and drive engagement. - Utilize multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, social media, and traditional media, to maximize reach and impact. - Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
3.Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions and licensing opportunities, to expand our market share. - Negotiate and close strategic deals that align with our business objectives and enhance our competitive advantage.
4.Market Research & Analysis - Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to guide business decisions and marketing strategies.
5.Brand Management - Manage and enhance the company brand to reflect our commitment to innovation and quality in all markets. - Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all marketing materials and communications.
6.Team Management & Leadership - Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities. - Establish clear performance metrics and regularly review team progress against objectives.
7.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business goals. - Facilitate communication and alignment to drive a unified approach to serving our customers. - Lead KAS team to provide support for products applications as business needed
8.Budget Management - Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI on marketing investments. - Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets for marketing activities.
9.Customer Insights & Feedback - Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and new product development. - Ensure customer insights are integrated into marketing strategies to meet and anticipate market needs.
任职要求: QUALIFICATION & SKILLS & EXPERIENCES: 1.Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2.Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. 3.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a global, B2B environment. 4.In-depth understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the nutrition and health industries. 5.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions. 6.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 7.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
