Responsibilities岗位职责
1. Monitors and records patient’s vital signs.Independently carry out various nursing interventions, assigned treatment and diagnosis to patients.
监测和记录病人生命体征，独立的执行各种护理操作，指定的病人诊断和治疗;
2. Assists with the routine personal care and treatment of patients. Escort patient for procedure within or outside SinoUnited
协助指定病人的护理操作和治疗，陪同病人在曜影诊所内或到外院做各种检查操作。
3. Administers special medications with supervision of senior nursing staff or head nurse.
特殊药物在在资深护士或护士长指导下执行；
4. Report critical patient care timely and document after conferring with high level nurse.
及时向资深护士汇报并确认危重病人的情况并记录；
5. Works well with nursing and medical team. Cooperate well with related department.
与护理及医疗团队合作，与相关部门有效合作。
6. Maintains cleanliness of medical equipment used in direct patient care. Assists head nurse in requisition and inventory of medical supplies and consumables.
病人用过的医疗器械及时清洁，协助护士长申领和存储医药用品和耗材。
7. Update professional knowledge to meet hospital needs. Attend scheduled training and continuing education sessions.
根据医院需要更新专业知识, 参加预定的培训和继续教育课程。
8. Follow head nurse and CNO instructions or Work as department needed.
听从护士长和护理总监安排或工作内容要根据科室需要
Qualification岗位要求:
1. College/Bachelor`s degree in Nursing or graduate of a professional School of Nursing.
护理专业大学专科或本科以上学历；
2. Possesses professional license to practice nursing in Shanghai, People's Republic of China，practice license and qualification certificate necessary.
持有中华人民共和国护士执业证和资格证；
3. Minimum 6 years or above working experience in grade 3 and ***-class hospital.
至少6年及以上三甲医院护理工作经验；
4. Good English skills, both verbal and written conversant English is mandatory.
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力；
5. Demonstrates good working attitude and communication skills, with ability to relate to patients and colleagues.
良好的工作态度和沟通能力，能够很好的与患者和同事相处；
6. Enthusiastic, careful, thoughtful, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility, good sense of service
热情、细心、周到，工作积极主动、具有高度的责任感和服务意识。
7. Overseas nursing working experience or High end medical organization working experience is preferred.
海外医疗机构及国内高端私立医疗机构工作经验优先。
