Continuously develop, optimize methods for data management and analysis, provide insights and summaries for business review.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 86 Region Level 1 MOR(each BU/function) data analysis, collection, preparation and tracking , establishment of standard templates and processes. 86 LEAN MOR data analysis and identify gap sources. 86 LEAN database maintenance and optimization (including LEAN Events, LEAN KPI Bowler, CEO Kaizen Bowler, Kaizen Sustain Bowler, LEAN Activities Document on Box, etc.). 86 China LEAN Newsletter content collecting, editing and release preparation. 86 Support the development of LEAN Head/Leader's reporting requirements (include LEAN internal requirements and BU/Function/Plant/Global LEAN requirements), LEAN Events data analysis, report setting and delivery. 86 Supervise and check LEAN-related KPIs Bowler, make sure timely and accurate updates of actions (LEAN KPI Bowler, CEO Kaizen Bowler, Kaizen Sustain Bowler, Action Plan, etc.) and make summaries. 86 Development and maintenance of other business data reports needed. 86 Establish, Maintain China CEO Kaizen data management system (Smartsheet/Box/Excel spreadsheet), Support logistics planning and execution for China CEO Kaizen and other China Region Major Lean events. 86 Support Planning/Execution for other Lean Training/Bootcamp/Lean Culture Promotion events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
86 Have rich practical experience in data processing and analysis, strong learning ability, willing to learn and use new data processing and analysis tools. 86 Proficient in using Excel, with basic formula writing ability, preferably able to do simple Excel programming. 86 Sensitive to data, clear logic, able to analyze and process data accordingly through relevant business processes; Provides valuable insights with summaries for daily or monthly review. 86 Be able to continuously improve and improve the daily maintenance efficiency of basic business information/data with the help of tools, such as regularly checking and reviewing the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of updating data information according to business characteristics and needs, finding errors or potential flaw and giving solutions. 86 Embrace and believe in LEAN culture, passionate about learning and applying LEAN tools to deliver sustainable results. 86 Self-motivated, can-do attitude; ability to influence others for actions. 86 Will be nice if the candidate has 2-3 years’ experience in data analysis or lean improvement for medical devices industry.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 86 BS/BA or above Degree is required. 86 2+ years of business data/information managing, processing and analysis experience with demonstrated success, preferred with commercial operation experience. 86 Knowledge of LEAN Basics. 86 Good communications skills. 86 Good English skill for reading/writing
