The Accountant is responsible for month end closing activities; assist in monitoring the performance of Accounts Payable, GL, and Tax filling for China. Review ledger variances and identify discrepancies to management and to process accrual or adjustment, He or She will also be responsible for preparing balance sheet reconciliations, cash book reconciliation and reconciliation for US book and PRC book etc.
Specific Requirements 61 Responsible for supplier management, the payment arrangement & processing and expenditure control, 61 Establish new customer profile and account as well as maintain the customers database. 61 Verify the tax invoices according to ensure its compliance with the PRC tax regulations. 61 Responsible for timely and accurately process the payment settlement and employee expense reimbursement to ensure it’s under budget control and complied with the internal policies requirements. 61 Responsible for monthly accounts payable and accrued/prepaid expense close. 61 Properly arrange the payment in accordance with the credit terms set for respective suppliers. 61 Month-end closing and the related activities/reporting, including pre-closing and post- closing 61 Input VAT verification and reconciliation. 61 In charge of accounts payable and monthly accrued expense booking. Ensure expenses are recorded timely and accurately under PRC GAAP and US GAAP respectively. 61 Production cost and cost of goods sold calculation and analysis. And costing module month end closing. 61 In charge Intercompany gross charge in and out booking and revaluation. Monthly IC account balance reconciliation with other country/other entities. 61 Support the Manager and the operation teams to perform periodical cost/expenses analysis. 61 Tax filing experience including VAT, BT, CIT filing. Familiar with regular tax filing process and good communication skills with tax bureau. 61 G/L ledger adjustment and other month end closing transaction 61 Daily, weekly and monthly reports internally 61 VAT invoice control
Education and Experience Requirements 61 Full time university degree graduate with 2-3 years hands on Accounting and Finance area 61 Good Microsoft office skill 61 Experience in trading operation is definitely an advantage 61 Acceptable English level 61 Good communication skill and presentation skill 61 Hard working and diligent, willing to meet challenge and dead-line 61 Experience in Oracle is prefer, Hyperion, or other ERP system,
