* Lead and guide the team to ensure effective and efficient process delivery in Controlling Reporting process, Controlling Product Costing process and Business Controlling process.
* Supervise, guide and develop team members.
* Foster and implement improvements, process optimization initiatives and controlling related projects.
* Being contact partner for stakeholders, Business Process Owners, dx Finance, other GBS+ teams and strengthen communication and collaboration.
What you07ll do
* In time and regular communication & resolution of process issues, plan of actions to key stakeholders in the GBS+, business, functions and local organizations.
* Supervise, guide and develop subordinated team leads and team members; Organize work schedule planning and ensure service continuity.
* Manage the sub-teams to ensure service delivery in respective business or function areas; Ensure adherence to SLAs / KPIs, quality/time.
* Ensure effectiveness, efficiency and engagement of the team and foster improvements and process optimization initiatives; Actively support migration of processes to GBS+, perform risks assessments and ensure set-up and execution of controls.
* Clarify and coordinate non-standard inquiries with respective counterparts; take part in stakeholder projects by ensuring process and technical systems effectiveness.
* Foster knowledge management, coordination and communication on local, regional and global level.
* Support and involve team members in different process areas, triggers process alignment and improvements proactively.
Qualifications: What makes you a good fit
* At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
* CICPA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent preferred. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling or related field with Big 4 or multinational companies.
* Good understanding of controlling processes, SAP knowledge and experience.
* Good analytical capabilities and business understanding.
* Good communication, presentation and leadership skills.
* Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills, Power BI & Python skills definitely a plus.
* Highly motivated with a strong sense and ability to proactively engage stakeholders to develop value-added solutions and steer continuous improvement.
* High willingness to learn and strong team spirit.
* Fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
