What you’ll do
? Work together with project team in whole project development life cycle, bringing the system design concepts, verify and release within the quality, timing and cost targets
? Translate the realistic application and value chain conditions into(sub-) system and components spec
? Designs, realize, verify a (sub- ) system or a components fitting an overall architecture.
? Contribute to optimize the total system fulfilling spec, cost and timing targets.
? Ensure proper documentations of final design spec, schematics, drawings, code, and learning.
? Protect the design against easy copying by generating dedicate IPs
? Manages own efficiency executing's the work by managing development according to the cost target
? Pro-actively reaches out to project colleagues in order to optimize the total offering.

Your qualifications
? Engineering background, Bachelor’s degree in Light source engineering and related
? Open minded and self motivation, willing to learn and willing to take challenge in dynamic environment.
? High level knowledge of technology and application trends in the domain and industry
? Good at structure framework and setup each building block connections
? A team worker, listen and contribute in the team successes, strong owner ship and responsibilities.
? Eager to win, strong execution and problem-solving ability
