1.The Project Manager represents the company and acts as the contact window and project leader for all event creation and management for clients in the assigned industry. 2.Write compelling project briefs, presentations, and proposals 3.Brief and manage internal teams to ensure projects are on track and exceeding client expectations 4.Manage event production, and participate in the sourcing from suppliers, purchasing of equipment, transport, freight costs, etc. 5.Take the lead client-facing role in delivering key live online and offline events including onsite management such as show set-up and tear-down if necessary, working with both CD, freelance and contracted labor, venue staff, and client. 6.Coordinate all rental jobs including crewing, scheduling, rental gear for proper delivery and setup in conjunction, and to ensure the most cost-effective methods. 7.Manage project budgets from initial brief through delivery and on to final client reconciliation. 8.Participate in post-event analysis to improve future event effectiveness. 9.Maintain positive client relationships and seek further business opportunities.
