SCRM Platform Deployment:o Deploy SCRM platform existing functions according to the needs from business team.Execute user operations in SCRM based on defined strategies and processes Ensure the data quality from system deployment and improve standardization (manage the quality of external deployments)
2. System Usage Guideline/Principle Optimization
Lead the definition and updating of platform usage principles and guideline.o Implement the guideline in SCRM.
Ensure data quality across the platform, esp. tagging, channel, source, etc
3. Digitalization and Al implementation:
implement Al user cases to make the system easier to use, .e. Al auto agging detection, aut activity description generation (work with SCRM supplier
Key Responsibilities:
