Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and improving the supply chain processes from purchasing to the delivery of the final product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, finance and channel, to ensure that the supply chain is running effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
o Play a proactive role in reviewing demand plan with overseas sales team and have plan circulated to all stakeholders involved in the S&OP planning process.
o Receive customer’s purchase orders and provide timely update delivery schedule to customer.
o Manage supply review, coordinate with manufacturers to ensure on-time production of finished products.
o Recognize risk of order fulfillment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery schedule.
o Arrange international logistics based on incoterm, and select suitable shipping plan and freight forwarder to balance cost and delivery efficiency.
o Take efforts to improve the excess and obsolete inventory provision.
o Perform procurement process for finished products or service and apply payment.
o Conduct data analysis and use metrics to track supply chain performance.
o Other project assigned.
Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
o 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
o Skillful in MS/Office, SAP experience is a plus
o Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners
o Fluent in written and spoken English
o Business oriented, can-do attitude and can work under pressure
