What You Will Do 61 Responsible for interaction between Harman DTS End-to-End SCM management team and ODM to manage contract manufacturer’s material/supply planning, daily production scheduling, drive the production output daily. 61 Master Plan publication and Demand, Supply & Inventory analysis. Generate and execute weekly and monthly Master Plan meeting S&OP targets and partner with ODM to ensure the flawless execution as the commitment. Call out the risks and provide prioritization during constraint to serve an outstanding customer experience.
61 Drive ODM’s WIP material especially the SMT board supply planning and supply management; Maintain specific commodity detail such as purchase lot size, MOQ, full kitted material. Support the consignment material management.
61 Maintain, monitor and release Supplier Performance Records, support Logistics/Transportation to drive on-time-delivery (OTD) performance, per customer’s OOR report and delivery date.
61 Review inventory levels, obsolescence, returns, slow moving items and excesses with the Inventory Control and Warehouse Supervision both in finished goods and component level.
What You Need 61 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business or supply chain. 61 Demonstrated experience strong Excel Skills, and Master Planning experiences such as supply, production, and material planning. 61 ODM management, Demand planning, Logistics & Customs, and SAP are highly preferred. 61 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain field and international organizations. 61 Fluent in verbal and written English. 61 Excellent data analytical skills and data mining capabilities, making data-driven insights accessible and actionable.
