* Responsible for publishing the recruitment advertisement, *** interview and candidates’ background investigation. Arrange proper interview schedule with HR and line mangers. * Responsible new employee on boading * Responsible for contract review *Maintain employee files and answer employee queries on HR issues. * Follow-up annual training plan or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary. *Arrange company commerce conference and activities. *Responsable HR monthly report; *Responsible for the annual health check, work injury and talent introduction points,etc. *Other assignments as required by the manager.
