The essential element of the role is to maximize Aftersales growth in line with the overall company strategy. Report to: General Manager of China and functionally to VP aftersales from HQ Key accountabilities: ? Being responsible for the preparation and implementation of the aftersales market strategy, which emphasizes the robustness and lasting growth in the different business segments(commercial /marine/E&P/power plant) in coordination with new sales ? Responsible for preparing and analyzing relevant information, reports and analysis to ensure achievements are in line with the budget and strategy. ? Being responsible for exploring potential target market/customers and organizing relevant sales activities and reaching sales budget and objectives ? Being responsible to build lasting strategic relationships with customers including follow- up /maintenance, marketing and customer satisfaction. ? Being responsible for the quotation, negotiation, sales order confirmation, contract execution, commodity dispatch and VAT dispatch and relevant issues about spare parts business; ? Being responsible to achieve the setting budget for after sales, and attend the regular video conference with HQ ? Being responsible for the procurement and custom clearance issues of spare parts imported from Norway; ? Being responsible to ensure good coordination between after sales and new sales and attend in regular videoconferences with HQ and the others Sperre Offices. ? Being responsible for the management of spare parts sales files, including quotation, sales contract, procurement orders and relevant records ? Being responsible for the cooperation with financial department for the accounts receivables and ensuring the fund security of the company ? Being responsible for the coordination and communication with the logistics company and ensuring timely custom clearance of imported spare parts and timely spare parts delivery to the customers. ? Being responsible for the effective communication with the sales parts supervisor, general manager and headquarter in Norway on the spare parts sales issue in China; ? Confirming with the spare parts supervisor and ensuring the secure inventory of common spare parts in Sperre China ? Reporting to the spare parts supervisor and general manager about the spare parts working progress; ? Responsible to implement and utilize the processes and procedures that are relevant to the company's quality and safety system. This includes prosecuting deviation (HSE / QA) using the company's non-compliance and improvement systems ? Obtain adequate knowledge related to products and BC365 (software for offering). ? Gain maximum profit level in the offer and order communication. ? Completing the other tasks assigned by General Manager.
