Responsibility:
1. Solid knowledge of quality control and manufacturing concepts to oversee the development of product develop quality plans appropriate to variant product and project requirements;

2. Interface with internal and external groups to ensure that proper definition of quality expectations and that appropriate assurance techniques are used;

3. Develop with solid knowledge on the product specification to make sure it can be agreed on the testing method, practical way on the manufacture production, implement the certain firewall against the shortfall issues on the cutting edge quality technology at supplier side;

4. Drive corrective actions with cross-functionally team for deep dive and waterfall analysis.

5. Plan, conduct process audit based on VDA6.3 at supplier, follow-up corrective and preventive actions on the basis of audit report;

6. Monthly monitor each supplier’s performance through measurement of production statistics, incoming inspections, and audits. Prepare summary of performance and communicate to appropriate management.

7. Analyze quality issues from production, incoming inspection, and propose improving and corrective actions which should be supervised through 8D report.

8. Clearly present the result, and attend the meeting together other department with good preparation adherence to product quality development.

9. Other tasks assigned by department manager.

4. 与跨职能团队一起推动纠正措施，进行深入研究和瀑布式分析。

5. 根据VDA6.3对供应商进行计划、过程审核，根据审核报告跟进纠正和预防措施；

6. 每月通过生产统计、来料检验和审核来监控每个供应商的绩效。准备绩效摘要并适当地与管理层沟通。

7. 分析生产、来料检验中的质量问题，提出改进和纠正措施，并通过8D报告进行监督。

8、清晰地呈现结果，并与其他部门一起参加会议，做好准备，坚持产品质量发展。

9、部门经理交办的其他工作。


Requirement:
1. Typically requires 8+ years working experience in hands-on manufacturing environment on developing quality plans, designing test methods and gauges, validating test methods and gauges, and driving corrective and failure analysis efforts required.

2. Project management experience and a solid understanding of problem-solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis and statistical process control principles preferred.

3. Experience with any of followings: plastic injection/ mold, motor, PCBA, tooling, fixtures or gauges, Box build production, or automotive high volume quality manufacturing engineering.

4. Fluent spoken English is a must.

5. Be agile and can work under pressure. Travel frequently.
