职位摘要Position Summary:

· 该岗位将作为车间生产支持人员，帮助CNC机床日常零件剖开件的制作。

· This position will serve as a shop floor production support person to help with the daily production of part cutouts for CNC machines.

· 帮助CNC车间日常清理设备切削油箱和加工铁屑的辅助人员，与生产车间团队紧密合作。该职位是生产团队的一员。

Support staff who help the CNC shop with the daily cleaning of equipment cutting oil tanks and machining swarf, working closely with the production shop team. This position is part of the production team


Major Responsibilities of the Position:

主要岗位职责

· Production of cutaway parts using equipment such as metallographic cutters, inlay machines and wire EDM.

· Microsection equipment maintenance.

· Help shop clean out CNC equipment cutting oil tanks.

· Supports Pre-setting if required.

· Follow safety instruction and keep daily safety running.

· Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

· Production of cutaway parts using equipment such as metallographic cutters, inlay machines and wire EDM.

· 使用金相切割机，镶嵌机和线切割等设备对零件进行剖开件的制作。

· 日常微切割设备维护保养。

· 帮助车间清理CNC设备切削油箱。

· 如需要支持刀具配置工作。

· 按相关生产安全要求，保证每天安全操作。

· 上级指派的其它任务。

Qualifications

资质要求

· Educational background of at least secondary or technical school.

· Have at least five years of experience working in a factory.

· Previous medical experience is a plus

· Ability to work 3rd shift

· 能胜任早中夜三班工作

· 至少中专或技校学历背景。

· 有至少五年以上工厂工作经验。

· 有医疗经验者优先。
