Responsibilities：
-According to technical documents, test requests of electronics modules, and collaboration with R&D engineers, to define the overall test plan, procedures for functional test, reliability test, and burn-in test.
-Develop automated test software, to achieve auto testing, data collection and analysis for electronics modules,
-Develop hardware platform incl. fixture design, test device selection, system integration, to ensure the stability and fulfill the different test requirements.
-Resolve any issues in platform and during test procedures on time, and continuously improve the test solution, algorithm, hardware configuration, to further improve test coverages, and shorten the lead time for rapid ramp up of modules.
-Regularly analysis test data, to identify the quality risk with improvement solution to ensure the quality level and stability of modules.
-Write down the test report, and sort out the technical documents, incl. test cases, work instructions, manuals. Create ECO to upload the documents into SAP.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, electronics engineering, computer science and technology, communication engineering, or related fields. Master degree preferred.
-5 or more years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, understanding of the manufacturing of electronics modules. Experience in test development in EMS factory preferred.
-Proficient in at least one programming language (C/C++, Python, LabView, C#, etc.), with good programming habits and code debugging capability. Automated test framework development experience is preferred.
-Familiar with the principles of electronic circuits, electronic component characteristics, safety standards and other test standards, able to read and understand the schematic diagrams, PCB diagrams. Basic knowhow in hardware debugging, oscilloscopes, multimeters and other commonly used test instruments.
-Strong problem-solving skills, esp. with complex testing problems. Green Belt of Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
-Excellent teamwork capability, working closely with colleagues in cross function teams to face the challenges and resolve it. Strong learning ability, able to rapidly learn the new technology, new methods in the industry.
-Proficient in SAP, MS Office software, and in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to read English technical documents, write English test reports, and communicate with engineers in foreign sites.

工作职责

-撰写详细的测试报告，整理并维护测试相关文档，如测试用例、操作规程、技术手册等，并创建ECO，将文档上传至SAP。
岗位要求：
-本科及以上学历，自动化、电子工程、计算机科学与技术、通信工程等相关专业，硕士优先。
-5年及以上电子制造行业工作经验，了解电子产品的生产工艺流程，有电子产品代工厂测试开发经验优先。
-熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言（C/C++、Python、LabView、C#等），具备良好的编程习惯与代码调试能力，有自动化测试框架开发经验者优先。
-熟悉电子电路原理、电子元器件特性，对安规等测试标准有一定认知，能够读懂原理图、PCB 图，掌握基本的硬件调试技能，能熟练使用示波器、万用表等常用测试仪器。
-具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，面对复杂的测试问题能够迅速定位根源，提出有效解决方案，有精益六西格玛绿带证书优先。
-良好的团队协作精神，能够与不同部门的同事紧密沟通、协同工作，应对挑战；具备较强的学习能力，能快速掌握新技术、新方法，适应行业快速发展需求。
-熟练掌握SAP、MS Office办公软件，具备一定的英语听说读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文档，撰写英文测试报告，与国外办公室的工程师进行沟通交流。
