Job Responsibilities:
- To establish, review, update and implement trade finance/related operations policies and procedures
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements associated with trade finance and other business-related areas.
- To manage bank-wide trade finance operations
- To improve and re-engineer the operational workflows
- To supervise, coach and train staffs.
- To work closely with other business units on related business areas including new products development.
- Achievement of Divisional Objectives/KPI as defined by the Bank.
- To complete ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the Operations Division Manager
- HO as the processing hub for all BBC branches, handle the trade finance transactions under both import and export

Job Specifications:
- Well-versed in trade finance operations and ICC UCP publications. Holder of Certified Documentary Credit Specialist or other relevant qualification will be a plus.
- Good knowledge in workflow technology and system environment is an advantage
- Details oriented with strong analytical and thinking skills
- Strong leadership skills and good team work spirit
- Good PC skills
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English in particular good written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experiences in Trade Finance operations with hands-on involvement in trade finance processing and daily management and 4-5 years in designing working process and procedures.
- Experience in Trade centralization processing or work in trade processing center is an advantage
