职位描述
*Sample follow up from proto till PPS, make sure the samples come out on time with good quality,including trim development and sourcing;
跟进样品，确保所有开发样品和大货按照既定计划进行和完成，并确保其良好质量，包括相关的配饰开发和采购。

*Bulk production follow up and final contract,including negociate the cost with factory,control the whole order procedure;
负责大货跟进，包括并不仅限于谈价格，出合同，安排生产和出货，安排验货，控制所有流程在交期范围内；

*Customer profile (order follow up-sampling till shipment with clear atwp and timeline);
客户跟进 （跟单-从打样到出货要有清晰的步骤和时间计划表）；

*Arranging the shipment,deal with the shipping documents;
安排协调出货订舱；

*Daily communication with customers directly to take care of the inquiries & orders;
答复客户日常邮件及通讯 ；

*Maintain good business relationship with existing suppliers and monitor suppliers' performances;
维护和供应商的关系，并监督执行情况；

*Other affairs that superior's assign;
领导交待的其它事情；

任职要求：

*3-5 years experience on fashion accessories development/sourcing like: bags,hat,scarves,hair accessories,gloves etc, cut and sewn accessories;
3-5年外贸时尚配饰 （如：手袋，帽子，围巾，发饰，手套，袜子等）的开发经验；

*Hardworking and carefulness,good team work spirit,integrity, pleasant personality;
工作认真，仔细，良好的团队合作精神，易于相处；

*Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and keep them on track.
具有很强的多任务处理能力以及时间意识以确保工作按时开展；

*Good English both in oral and written;
良好的英语听说读写能力；

*Proficient PC skills including MS Word,Excel and Power point etc.,
良好的电脑办公软件操作能力；

*Good communication skills in working with factories on production and price.
良好的沟通和表达能力，能与工厂协调解决产品和价格问题。

*Passion for fashion industry,fashion accessories and collocation;
