We are now looking for a new Sales Support to be based in our Shanghai Customer Service department, to support our clients in China.

Job description:
Your role involves close collaboration with Sales Manager as Shanghai based back up to provide excellent service to our clients in China. Including:
61 Order Processing:
Handle and follow up on customer orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
Ensure timely and accurate order management to meet customer expectations.
61 Customer Service:
Provide professional assistance to customers via phone and digital platforms.
Address inquiries promptly and efficiently to maintain high service standards.
61 Sales Support:
Support sales manager in price and stock check.
Set up price agreements under instructions of sales manager.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of customer agreements.
61 Data Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in D365 system.
Ensure data integrity to facilitate efficient operations.
61 Complaint Handling:
Process and address customer complaints effectively.
Work to resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
61 Showroom Support:
Greet customers in the showroom and provide product introductions when sales manager are unavailable.
Ensure a welcoming and informative customer experience.
61 Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
Full time bachelor’s degree or above.
Native Chinese speaker.
Fluent English, both oral and written.

Your Profile:
Honest, open-mind, structured and detail – oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
Friendly, professional demeanour with a customer-centric approach.
proactive, with curiosity for learning.
Able to work independently, but also a team player.
Experience in customer service or order management is preferred.
Hand-on ERP system experience is a plus.
