What you07ll do

* Make an impact by developing sourcing strategies partnering with global /
regional teams.

* Contribute to deliver bottom line/top line results by managing own spend /
projects.

* Formulate and lead negotiation strategies across supplier base on
commercial agreements and mitigate risks.

* Continuously identify strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver
sustainable saving pipeline.

* Drive the digitalization agenda by utilizing digital tools & supporting the
introduction of new solutions to efficiently generate a high impact.

* Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships.

Qualifications：
What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of sourcing / procurement experience,
ideally in raw material / chemical / tail spend / distribution management.

* Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and
external stakeholders.

* Excellent communication skills with ability to influence both internal and
external stakeholders.

* Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing
strategies.

* Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem solving skill.

* Affinity for data analytics, ability to handle a high level of complexity &
ready to simplify it.

* Willingness for job rotation into different category of sourcing at a later
point in time.
