工作职责:

1.1 Develop standard routing and optimize them to ensure production activities running smoothly and quality control well.
To introduce new production processes in order to allow efficient manufacture of new product innovations required to satisfy changing customer needs.
制定标准生产工艺，并不断优化，以确保生产过程有序受控。
引入新的生产工艺，以便有效地生产新产品，满足不断变化的客户需求。
1.2 To manage the preparation and implementation of the process design for order related products.
To manage the preparation and implementation of new process related to the technology transfer products.
管理订单相关产品工艺设计的准备和实施。
管理与技术转移产品相关的新工艺的准备和实施。
1.3 To promote the application of lean manufacturing methods, assist to lean project, led the team to continuous optimization and perfect production process, improve the production efficiency, product quality, reduce the production cost.
推动精益制造方法的应用，协助精益项目，带领团队不断优化和完善生产流程，提高生产效率、产品质量，降低生产成本。
1.4 To promote the application and implementation of production automatic and digital operation. e.g. performance testbed, painting booth, assembly and packing for pump produce.etc.
推动生产自动化，运营数字化的落地和实践，例如，泵测试台，油漆线，装配及装箱等
1.5 To manage New Master Data Creation and Maintenance in SAP system.
管理SAP系统中新主数据的创建和维护。
1.6 To evaluate production equipment capacity, stages and process of working hours and provide human allocation method the reference data.
评估生产设备能力、阶段和工序工时，并提供人员配置方法参考数据。
1.7 To establish the procedure and regulation of IE department and execute daily management.
建立IE部门的工作制度和流程，并实施日常管理。
1.8 Carrying out analysis and feasibility study for machining equipment investments including test bed.
Planning and implementation of expensive machining equipment investments (> 250.000 RMB) with participation from different departments (operations, engineering, purchase).
对包括试验台在内的机加工设备投资进行分析和可行性研究。
协同其它部门（运营、技术、采购等）计划和实施机加工设备投资（＞25万人民币）。
1.9 Execution of projects for process improvement based on state of the art Lean Tools (Value stream mapping, Lean six sigma, Kaizen etc.).
根据***的精益工具（价值流图，精益六西格玛，改善等）执行流程改进项目。
1.10 Auditing of production processes in order to improve product quality to a world class level.
审核产品的生产过程，以便将产品质量提高到世界一流水平。
1.11Responsible for the implementation the local, state and Global EHS polices in the your area. Coordinate and use of appropriate reporting systems, manufacturing processes and quality programs and processes. Ensure continuing compliance with Global IMS requirements.
负责自己区域内EHS，落实当地政府要求和集团EHS要求，配合全球IMS一体化工作在工厂有效落，对质量，环境保护，安全与职业病防治进行监控。
1.12 Develop a professional IE team to equip the team members with necessary knowledge/competencies.
发展一个专业的IE团队，使团队成员具备必要的知识/能力。
1.13 Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

任职资格:
1) Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求
Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering from a well reputed institution.
本科以上学历，机械制造相关专业
2) Working Experience / 工作经验
Minimum10 years experience in mechanical manufacturing, pump manufacturing is better
至少10年机械制造工作经验，泵制造行业优先
3) Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求
Certificated Engineer 工程师资质
Computer skill (familiar with SAP,Office and CAD) 良好的电脑操作能力（熟练掌握Office软件、SAP及CAD）
Familiar with mechanical assembly processes 熟悉机械装配工艺
Familiar with lean manufacturing methods 熟悉精益生产方法
Good English communication skills 良好的英语沟通能力
