Responsibility: - Work with Brand strategy team and sales management team for Regional strategy development and activity plan for execution. - Integrate resource and get support from cross functions such as MSL, Dx, Sales, Marketing to achieve brand ambition and business objectives - High efficient execution within allocated budget and expenses - Work closely with Sales Force to engage KEEs and maintain good customer relationship - Work closely with Brand team and Sales team to expertly diagnoses root causes of brand performance and adapts the strategy and plan in a timely and appropriate manner - DS/AZ alliance and collaboration, DS internal cross functional collaboration
Qualification: -Bachelor's degree or above, Master's degree is preferred -Local MKT or High performance DSM of anti-tumor products -BC area is preferred -Strong regional marketing planning skills and good project management skills -Good Strategic thinking and KEE engagement -Strong cross-functional collaboration ability -Good data analysis skill -Basic English reading and writing ability -Strong analytical skills and business sense;-A proven responsible team player and leadership,multi-tasker and fast learner; -Outstanding interpersonal skills
