工作职责 Job Description:Develop and deliver different training topics to our retail store teams, including classroom training and in-store training.针对零售团队的人员开发并实施不同主题的培训,包括课堂培训和实地培训;Understand RIOTLILY culture and transfer into understandable contents to support retail team for culture cultivation.理解RIOTLILY 品牌文化,并且可以将其转化为落地化运用的内容,帮助零售团队向客人传递品牌文化输出;Proactively collect product training feedbacks and continually improve the contents to fulfill audience and business needs.主动收集培训反馈并持续性优化内容,确保满足员工与商业需求;Ensure consistent level of customer experience of all our store teams.确保所有级别门店客户体验的一致性;Give coaching session base on the observation of customer experience during store visit.基于店铺走访的客户体验观察给与辅导性支持;Build-up retail store staff learning journey (E-learning platform)and continually evolve the process and content under an agile business environment.优化零售员工培训旅程 ( E学堂 ),并持续在灵活多变的业务环境下不断发展流程和内容; 任职要求 Requirements:2-3 years of relevant experience in Retail Training, fashion or beauty background will be a plus.2-3 年的零售培训相关经验,有服装或美妆行业背景的优先;Course design experience or strong project management experience.课程设计开发经验或很强的项目管理经验;An entrepreneurial spirit who expects the unexpected and takes calculated risks to deliver results.具备企业家精神,能够预估未知风险,并从不确定的风险中驱动结果;Strong understanding of needs and challenges in our industry and of customer experience trends.了解行业和消费者体验趋势的需求和挑战;Proactive with a diligent, organized and reliable working method as well as high attention to detail.积极主动,勤奋,有组织,可靠的工作方法,并高度关注细节;
