Summary: Formalize effective go to market strategy through SCPs for HCA business development Lead the sales & Marketing operation of HCA business in Greater China He is responsible to develop HCA overall strategy development to achieve the yearly targets. He has a managing and supporting function for HCA business development and the customer satisfaction for HCA products. He has responsibility to develop channel partner for HCA He is responsible for effective channel partner GTM strategy for overall medical business.
Responsibility: - Sets targets for HCA and plans to achieve target for HCA. - Sales and Marketing activity for HCA. - Sales channel sourcing and development - Participate into sun-shing/central bidding project - Provides Sales support for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc. - Train Business development managers, Field Service Engineers, Application Specialists and SCP for HCA product benefits and unique selling points with various methods of trainings. - Strengething SCP strategy & stremlinging process to ensure growth . - Building strong customer connection with top KOL( HCA) & with important SCPs. - Team management and development
Requirement: - Technical Education/Diploma/Degree/Science degree in Electronics, Medical electronics and electrical - Above 8 years on similar consumable product lines - Clinical Application knowledge preferred - 5+ years management experience - Trustworthy - Sets direction - Enables colleagues and partners - Creates results - Knowledge of English Language.
