Exceeding the sales budget and delivering expected high growth and market share in Tier I; Work with sales director to create national sales strategy in Tier I market and make sure it could be implemented adaptively in the different regions; Focusing on the particular cross regions projects, for example, COE, and promoting the best practices to maximize the business returns; Maintain and executing the CVM; Building influential demo sites in the national scale; Establishing good relationship with the KOLs and expanding the group size of loyalties customers; Developing and maintaining the evaluations mechanisms for promotions projects executions and impacts. Work out the annual sales budgets according to the market potential and opportunities by region with the RBMs;
Work with the national marketing: collecting, analyzing the market and customers information, forecasting sales revenue and the market trends;
In collaboration with other departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain…), successfully driving sales increase or launching new products in Tier I;
