一、职位概述 Job description
项目销售工程师主要负责销售和推广公司设备产品，包括与客户沟通、了解客户需求、提供技术方案和报价、签订合同及后续服务等工作。该职位需要具备良好的沟通能力、技术知识、市场洞察力和客户服务意识。
Project manager sales are mainly responsible for selling and promoting the company's equipment products, including communicating with customers, understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions and quotations, signing contracts and follow-up services. 二、主要职责Main responsibilities
1. 销售与市场拓展Sales and market development：
* 负责市场调研，定期拜访客户，了解客户需求和竞品情况，为销售策略提供支持。

* 开发和维护客户关系，建立长期稳定的业务合作关系。

2. 技术支持与客户服务Technical support and customer service：
* 提供技术咨询和解决方案，帮助客户了解产品特点和优势。
Provide technical specifications and solutions to help customers understand product features and advantages.
* 协助客户进行设备选型、报价和合同谈判。
Assist customers with equipment selection, quotation and contract negotiation.
* 提供设备安装、调试、培训及售后服务的信息咨询。
Provide equipment installation, commissioning, training and after-sales service information consultation.
3. 产品知识与培训Product knowledge and training：
* 掌握公司设备产品的技术参数、性能特点和使用方法。
Master the technical parameters, performance characteristics and use methods of the company's equipment products.
* 对内进行产品培训，提高对产品的了解和销售技巧。
Conduct internal product training to improve product understanding and sales skills.

1. 沟通能力：具备良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力，能够与客户、团队成员和德国总部进行有效沟通。

六、 任职要求与资历Job requirements and qualifications:
* 大学本科或以上学历，机械，电气，化学工程等相关专业

* 三年或以上机械设备销售经验
3 years relevant working experience
* 能熟练掌握机械和化学工艺知识，看得懂图纸
Good skill of mechanical and chemical process knowledge and understanding of drawings
* 大学4或6级英语证书，英语书面、口语交流流利
University Level 4 or 6 English certificate, fluent in written and spoken English
