Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team to develop and to execute strategic plans for PIVC portfolio including segmentation, positioning, pricing and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with MDS business objectives. - Driving PIVC Vol growth, hospital coverage expansion and safety upgrade in post-VoBP environment with competitive selling strategy. - Launch new PIVC product in post-VoBP environment to redefine the standard for PIVC. - Accelerate AC product penetration in Anesthesiology department - Establish KPIs to measure commercial effectiveness, adjust strategies based on customer insights and identify growth opportunities. - Lead and inspire a diverse team, setting clear goals and expectations. Provide regular feedback on performance and development. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory/policy changes. - Build strong partnerships with functional teams, including global platform team, sales team, CE team and commercial team, to ensure alignment and leverage insights for decision-making.
