● Understand HR organizational structure and HR business processes. ● Communicate with HR department to translate HR requirements into system functional requirements, manage changes and implementation of these requirements. ● Workout detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, etc. And define project objectives and scope in consultation with relevant users. ● Manage vendors to ensure high quality services and solutions are provided in accordance with project requirements. Evaluate vendor performance on a regular basis to ensure smooth collaboration. ● Identify and assess potential risks in the project, formulate risk mitigation strategies to ensure the project is on schedule. Monitor project status and respond to unexpected situations in time. ● Ensure project deliverables meet quality requirements. Organize or participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
Role Competencies:
● More than 5 years of IT project management experience, relevant large-scale HR digitalization project landing experience is preferred. ● Proficient in Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL and other databases, familiar with SQL language. ● Familiar with retail industry, with extensive experience in software implementation and in-depth understanding of project management. ● Team management and coaching experience is highly preferred. ● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Human resource or related field. ● Familiar with project management processes and methodologies (e.g. Agile development, PMP, etc.), holding PMP certification is preferred. Excellent project planning, monitoring, control, and risk management skills. ● In-depth understanding of HR digital systems, familiar with related technology architecture and solutions (e.g. SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, CDP, etc.). ● Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with project stakeholders at different levels. Team player with the ability to handle complex interpersonal and project management issues. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently under pressure, respond quickly and handle unexpected situations. ● Ability to prepare project documents and reports, including project plans, progress reports, and risk analysis clearly and accurately. ● Proficient in the use of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, Feishu etc.), as well as other office software and tools. ● Good command of spoken English, experience in English-speaking projects is preferred
