Major Tasks & Activities Receiving leasing enquiries and conduct on site inspections Participating in leasing discussions Assisting in Legal docs preparations (LOI/TA, etc) Follow up on fit out schedule and progress Follow up on POS agt and other licence agt signing Follow up on Permits & Licences obtaining and renewal upon expiry Follow up on handover and takeover Follow up on arrears chasing Keep good relationship with Tenants on daily operation Keep close contact with other Depts in order to provide high quality service to Tenants Assisting in Regular Reports &Summaries preparation Conducting market research and prepare relevant reports Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements BA degree or above, 5yr min. working experience incl. 3yr min. in Retail leasing & mgt Fluent in both English and Chinese and both written and oral Like to deal with people, good at negotiation, proactive and confident A good team player Service mindset towards tenants and stakeholders Familiar with windows, word, excel, PPT, etc. Competencies Requirements Decision Quality: Decisive leader who can make firm and timely decisions.
