Scope of Responsibilities: 1. Assist the management in establishing and maintaining good relationships with key exhibitors. 2. To provide effective after-sales services and onsite services so as to ensure high level customer satisfaction. 3. To build rapport with the exhibitors and ensure exhibitors retention rate meet our expected level. 4. To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows (including space revenue, Roadshow revenue, CMO and e-revenue). 5. To make and execute effective sales plan to recruit lost key exhibitors of assigned segments. 6. To prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget target. 7. To prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects as and when required. 8. To recruit the key buyers and delegates. 9. To record all sales in the GBS program provided. 10. To obtain signed contracts and payments in full. 11. To prepare accurate and timely reports.
Qualifications: 1. 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or event management in the exhibition or related industry. 2. Bachelor's degree or above, CET 6, with good oral and written English communication skills. 3. Sincere, with excellent communication skills, coordination abilities, and a team spirit. 4. Always maintain a positive attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, and able to withstand certain work pressure. 5. Acute business acumen and highly capable of acquiring customer insights and conduct value-led selling and providing consultant-based integrated marketing solutions.
