The Role
You will support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans to optimize income and realize the highest value of our logistics assets.

Job Responsibilities
61 Be accountable for the collection, organization, and analysis of various data and information to generate accurate and timely reports on asset performance.
61 Prepare annual budgeting, monthly NOI forecast, market study, and other AM documents for assigned projects on a regular basis.
61 Assist in organization and consolidation of semi-annual valuation.
61 Be involved in set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of projects.
61 Be involved in formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio.
61 Provide administrative support such as establishing and maintaining records in the system, and participate in the development and testing of new systems.
61 Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements
61 Bachelor Degree or above in Accountancy/Real Estate/Finance or its equivalent.
61 Have at least 2 years’ working experience in asset management, marketing/leasing or investment work. Knowledge of logistics industry is an advantage.
61 Familiarity with regional real estate markets and proficiency in financial modeling for assets are essential.
61 Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and drawing meaningful conclusions are necessary.
61 Be proficient in use of data analysis tools and software.
61 Good command of verbal and written English.
