Responsibilities：
1 Be responsible for new project Implement, including customer’s input information identifying, product drawing creating, tooling design, technical documents drafting.
2 Good at tooling design, such as mould, cutting jigs, waterjet fixtures, checking fixtures.
3 Work with NPI operators on manufacturing process development and continuous improvement in mass-production.
4 Create BOM for the new project and maintain it during mass-production.
5 Be familiar with customer’s specification, and acceptance standard.
6 Technical structure management and improvement.
Requirements：
1 0-5 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry, aerospace industry experience will be preferable.
2 bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
3 Be skilled in using CATIA V5, especially in Generative Shape Design.
4 Know GD&T or dimensions and tolerances.
5 Have knowledge of CNC.
6 Tooling/mechanical design and manufacturing experience is preferable.
7 Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
8 Have Passed CET-6.
