The Role The Tesla Indirect Procurement team is looking to hire a skilled Supply Analyst to manage the Procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes and systems in order to streamline the operational buying of goods and services and to secure the compliancy with Tesla’s corporate governance. You work closely with the Global Supply Managers and Tactical Buying teams who are responsible for the procurement of their commodities. This person should have in-depth knowledge of the buying and financial processes, is an expert in data analysis, spend reporting and overall vendor related processes. A successful candidate will enjoy working in a superfast paced, dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities 61 Supporting business planning and savings within budgetary milestones. 61 Ensuring that spend is under management and contract compliance. 61 Establishing measurement tools/metrics to monitor procurement progress 61 Implementing strategic agreements to consolidate suppliers/spend. 61 Lead the process of data collection and analyzes of spend data. 61 Provide analysis of existing requirements and pricing to ensure the most cost-effective options. 61 Develop solid understanding of cost drivers and contracts. 61 Maintain day-to-day supplier relationships; act as the lead point of contact for all commercial issues. 61 Review, analyze and clarify quote packages from suppliers. 61 Lead the negotiation with supplier and contract preparation.
Requirements Must Qualifications 61 At least three (3) years’ experience in Indirect Purchasing, preferably in purchasing of Facility maintenance service and MRO . 61 Excellent analytical and judgment skills. Advanced office software skills a must have. 61 Bachelor’s degree or higher. 61 Strategic Sourcing, Opportunity Analyses, and Contract Negotiations a must. Preferred Qualifications 61 Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve. 61 Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders 61 Fluency in English.
